Terms

What you are buying, what it costs, and what the money-back promise actually means.

The call

The introductory call is free and commits you to nothing. No invoice follows from it, and no engagement starts without you saying yes to that separately.

The diagnostic

The diagnostic runs two weeks and costs 3,500 euro, one off, excluding VAT. For that you get a review of your funnel, your measurement stack, your margin per order and your efficiency per market, plus a ninety-day plan.

You provide read access to your ad accounts, your analytics, and the figures needed to calculate margin. Without that access the diagnostic cannot be completed, and the two weeks start running once it is there.

What fivefold room to improve means

This is the core of the promise, so it is written out here instead of left to feel.

Fivefold room to improve means: the diagnostic identifies improvements whose expected annual value together is at least five times the price of the diagnostic, so at least 17,500 euro a year.

With that:

When you do not pay

If the diagnostic lands under that 17,500 euro a year, you pay nothing. You keep the report, because that answer is an answer too: it tells you the leak is not in your paid funnel.

Who decides: the diagnostic does the arithmetic, and the sum is in the report so you can check it. If you disagree with an item in that sum, take it out and look at the total without it. If it then falls under 17,500 euro, the promise applies, even where I disagree with your objection.

When: you let me know by email within fourteen days of the report being delivered. After that the invoice stands.

If you already paid, you get the full amount back within thirty days, to the same account.

What the promise is not

Confidentiality

What I see in your accounts stays in. Results are shared only with your written agreement, and then without your name unless you release that name yourself.

The same holds the other way for the report: it is for you and your team.

Governing law

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes belong to the competent courts of the Antwerp district.
