What was switched off and why
Per ad, the number behind the decision and which pre agreed limit allowed it. No verdict without volume, so no conclusions drawn on three coincidental conversions.
You lead the function. You are no longer in the ad accounts every day, and that is not your job. But when the board asks where the budget went, your answer depends on what your agency passes on.
The call is free. The diagnostic that may follow costs 3,500 euro, and if we find no fivefold room to improve, you do not pay.
You get a second, independent layer on your own account. Not to replace your agency, unless that turns out to suit you, but to give you a number you can read back. Every week you see what moved, why it moved and which limit allowed that move. That is the difference between a report you have to believe and a report you can check.
Automatic pausing and budget changes are not an invention. Meta and Google ship them for free inside their own managers, and there are tools selling them from a few tens of euro a month. The difference is not the automation but the calibration: none of those layers enforces a volume or significance threshold, so anyone setting a rule gets rules that fire too early. My work is calibrating those limits against your real numbers, maintaining them, and making the call that follows.

A maximum of twenty percent per week per ad set, against a monthly ceiling agreed in advance. You see the projection, not only the result.
Disapprovals, delivery that stopped and billing problems, reported the same day instead of in the monthly report.
Where the data is too thin for a verdict, it says so in plain words. That is the part most reports leave out.
This works best if you manage an ad budget from roughly forty thousand euro a month and you run e-commerce or a funnel that measures through to revenue. Below that, the paid diagnostic is probably all you need, and I would rather say that up front than afterwards.
I look into your account and you hear what I see. One page gets signed first, setting out what I will not do: copy nothing, keep nothing, change nothing. After that you know whether a paid diagnostic makes sense. If it does not fit, I will say so in that same call.
